I think I need to start to work out a bit before I meet my new chick, I need some more definition on the legs. Generally I'm quite pleased with my looks but it's all in the details so I better start to move around. I think workout session one will be to chase the canon ball a bit, it should be easy enough because she's called the canon ball for a reason.
